CAS Game #122 - Use A Stencil

Hey!

And welcome to a brand new challenge here at AAA Cards.  For the next fortnight we'd like to see you use a stencil on your CAS cards.

Not sure what makes a CAS card?

Well can I suggest you check out some of our winners circle posts - link on the side bar or scroll on down. We've been adding little comments by each of our picks highlighting what it is about each card that ticks the AAA Cards boxes and gets us all excited.

We'll pick a top winner and some runners up!
It could be you!

Our sponsor this fortnight is STAMPlorations for a $15 gift certificate to their shop

Shery has joined in with us as a Guest Designer and made a card using STAMPloration goodies and demonstrating exactly what we mean by CAS. Check out the single focal image and all that empty, non-patterned, non-textured 'white' space! Find all the details HERE.

Thank you Shery and STAMPlorations

As well as the 1st place prize from our sponsor we also offer the winner the chance to be a Guest Designer for a future AAA Cards Challenge.

Our next Guest Designer for this challenge is Hannelie from desertdiva.  Love her choice of just three colours and how she's confined a large stencil to a small section of her card.

And we're super lucky this challenge as we also have our winner from our recent instagram celebration of 1000 followers Steph from morticraft joining us a Guest Designer too!

We love how carefully Steph has taken our CAS definition into account when creating her card. One focal image, a simple sentiment and empty white space make this a brilliant example of a CAS card.

We hope you'll love all our Guest Designer creations as much as we do and perhaps find time to follow the links to their blogs and leave them some lovely comments.

Ans of course all the AAA Cards DT have made CAS cards to help and inspire you.  It would be lovely if you visited their blogs and left them some love too!
