most beautiful cards and we had a tough time picking our favourites.

But it had to be done so here we go:

1st place
and winner of an instock stamp set from Uniko

#30 Sue Duffy

Such a beautiful atmospheric scene. We loved its placement at the bottom of the card leaving plenty of that all important white space.

Congratulations Sue,
please contact Jane with your details - aaacardchallenge@gmail.com

Top Three
 In order of entry

#2 Christine

We loved how Christine created the look of layers and textures by clever blending. The empty white space down one side is just perfect.

We loved Mugdha's stunning use of colour to create such a detailed little scene inside her circular focal point. Great placement too, leaving plenty of empty white space.

Such a super fun and vibrant card. We loved the 3D look of torn paper as the focal background and all the empty white space.

Congratulations to you all, please grab our winners badge to display on your blogs.

Our current Challenge #127 is Kindness and there is still plenty of time to get your entries in.

We'd love to see how you interpret this theme and come visit your blogs,

CAS Game #127 - Kindness

WOW! Where is this year going, already it's time for another new challenge here at AAA Cards.

We know you're already very kind - you leave such encouraging comments and join in with our challenges. So for the next fortnight we'd like you to go one step further and theme your CAS cards around kindness.

Kindness Day UK is a nationally recognised day for the celebration of kindness in society and day to day life. Individual acts of kindness are encouraged on this day annually.
This year World Kindness Day is on November 13.

We'll pick a top winner and some runners up!
It could be you!

Our sponsor this fortnight for a $15 gift certificate to their shop is STAMPlorations.
In line with the kindness theme our winner for this challenge will be a random draw.

Shery has a freebie kindness digi image up for grabs on her blog at the moment - HERE.
She's also joined in with our challenge and made a CAS card featuring her freebie stamp.

As well as the 1st place prize from our sponsor we also offer the winner the chance to be a Guest Designer for a future AAA Cards Challenge.

Our Guest Designer for this challenge is Trina from Phamtastic Design. Just check out her absolutely exquisite take on this theme.

And of course all the AAA Cards DT have also made kindness CAS cards..  We hope you'll love them and be inspired to play along.

The Winners Circle #125: Inspired by a TV Show

It's time to showcase our fabulous prize winner and runners up for Game #125 and it was Cheryl's choice.

Thank you for all your gorgeous cards, our gallery was filled with the
most beautiful cards and we had a tough time picking our favourites.

But it had to be done so here we go:

Cheryl's choice was:

1st place
and winner of a $15 gift certificate to STAMPlorations is:

#32 Ishani

A corner placement of the focal image is a great way to keep a card CAS. And we loved the added shadow to the heart which gives a fabulous 3D appearance.

Congratulations Ishani!

Please contact Shery at STAMPlorations by 4th November  to claim your prize - sheryruss@gmail.com

please contact Jane about a Guest Design spot - aaacardchallenge@gmail.com

Top  Four

 In order of entry

#10 Carol S

Oh yes I remember The Onedin line very well!  We loved how such a detailed little scene placed centrally still left all that important empty white space.

Another corner placement of the focal image - love it! And popping a die cut back into its aperture - an inlaid die - keeps everything beautifully CAS.

Movement created by a curved sentiment strip really caught our eye on this card. Oh and of course that adorable snowman image! The using about one third of the card is the CAS technique we admired on this card.

Another detailed scene kept beautifully CAS by its central placement leaving loads of empty white space all around.

Congratulations to you all, please grab our winners badge to display on your blogs.

Our current Challenge #126 is  Moonlight and there is still plenty of time to get your entries in.

A Tribute for Melissa Lane

Today AAA Cards is joining in with STAMPlorations to celebrate and acknowledge the artistic and creative talents of Melissa Lane.

Last October 2, Melissa (https://honeybeelane.wordpress.com) passed away. She was a talented cardmaker/crafter/artist, a mother of 4, wife, and servant of Jesus. Melissa loved to garden and she loved photography. Her favourite colour was red, and she loved butterflies -- so much so that many of the cards and other projects she made had butterflies in them.

She was a valuable part of the STAMPlorations Mixed Media team and AAA Cards CAS team.

If you knew Melissa when she was alive -- maybe you were on the same design team(s) or you were bloggy friends -- however you knew her, we'd like to invite you to join us in celebrating her life by creating a butterfly card in her memory.

You may blog about the card you make as a tribute to her or not, but either way, you can add your card to Melissa's Butterfly Gallery (an InLinkz linky) that will be found on the STAMPlorations tribute post. The linky will be open until October 31.

And should you wish Melissa's family to have your card, you can mail it to the address below. Shery Russ (STAMPlorations owner and Melissa's friend) will collect the butterfly cards, put them in a box, and mail them to Melissa's family.

Mail your butterfly cards to:

Shery Russ
20147 Road 192
Strathmore, CA 93267
USA

***Important: Stamp or draw a butterfly on the envelope so that it doesn't get opened accidentally. Make sure the envelope is sealed tight and/or the edges are reinforced with tape.***

Finally, here is a message from Melissa's husband, Chris. He posted this as a comment on Melissa's blog but he gave Shery permission to pass it on in any way that it can reach a wider audience.

"Hello everyone. This is Chris, Melissa’s husband. I have been blessed by the outpouring of so many people. I know it is difficult to mourn from long distance. If you’d like join the community going through this together, please go to our farm Facebook page @Mainepromisedlandfarm. Gardening and planting flowers were Melissa’s other creative passions and she had worked hard to get our farm to where it is today in just a short period of time. Please read along as my family and I walk through this trial and be able to encourage us as we encourage you with what God is doing to get us through. Blessings, grace and Peace.
Chris"
