The Winners Circle #156: Sketch + Winter

It's time to showcase our fabulous prize winner and runners up for Game # 156

Thank you for all your gorgeous cards, our gallery was filled with the
most beautiful cards and we had a tough time picking our favourites.

But it had to be done so here we go:

1st place
and winner of 2 digi sets from Crafty Scrappers  is:

#32 Maria

A classic and striking choice of colours and a really fun image drew our eye to Maria's card. We also loved how the proportions of the sketch were reflected leaving that all important empty white space.

Congratulations Maria,
please contact Jane with your details - aaacardchallenge@gmail.com

#7 Lise Mariann

How cute are those carol singers? And we loved the use of the music notes for the smaller elements from the sketch.

#21 Logan's Nook/Hannah

All the elements from the sketch plus the most adorable image. Simple colours, just one additional layer and loads of empty white space. A fabulous example of a CAS card.

#34 GerJanne

The beautiful colour combination and the overall simplicity of the elements used to follow our sketch really pulled us in to this card.

Congratulations to you all, please grab our winners badge to display on your blogs.

Our current Challenge #157 is One Layer + Polar Animals and there is still plenty of time to get your entries in.

Top Four

#1 Athena

Cute, appealing and beautifully crafted. We loved the simple colour scheme which helped tie all the elements together and kept the card beautifully CAs.

A rainbow of sweet little birds perched on the branch. Die cuts are such a good way to keep card making simple and quick.

#45 Maria

A perfectly CAS Christmas card - loads of empty white space and a simple colour scheme. Tells a story without being complicated!

#62 Ma Mi

A beautifully atmospheric card making fabulous use of shades of one colour. A simple stitched edge just gives it a stylish finishing touch without compromising the empty white space.
