Game #202 - Sketch + optional twist Gnomes

 Hello everyone!

It's time for the next challenge here at AAA Cards.

We've got a lovely CAS sketch for you to use and the super fun and popular optional twist of Gnomes.

Please remember that the white space on the sketch needs to be empty and free from embossing, pattern or texture!

We're delighted to welcome Fran as our Guest Designer for this challenge. She has created this wonderful Christmas card with a window aperture to showcase her Santa.
