Game #223: NO Layers + Sympathy card

Welcome to the next challenge here at AAA Cards. 

This fortnight we're making NO Layer cards with the option to make them Sympathy. This twist was chosen by Sue and as a sympathy card should show some restraint, we thought  it would be a perfect CAS challenge.
